HOLOGATE is seeking an experienced and trustworthy Key Account Manager HGXR (m/f/d) to manage and strategically develop our clients within the
police and military sector.In this security-critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for government authorities, law enforcement agencies, and military institutions. You understand their complex operational requirements, ensure seamless project execution, and help deliver immersive training solutions that provide measurable value to personnel in the field.
By strengthening existing partnerships and identifying new growth opportunities, you will play a key role in expanding our HGXR division within the security and defense technology sector.

- Build, maintain, and strategically develop long-term relationships with government authorities, police organizations, and military institutions
- Act as the central point of contact for security-critical client projects throughout the entire sales and operational lifecycle
- Conduct precise needs analyses and develop tailored training and technology solutions
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships
- Organize and deliver product presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations — including at security-sensitive sites
- Ensure smooth project implementation in close collaboration with development, support, and product management teams
- Prepare reports, analyses, and forecasts on client activities, usage patterns, and growth potential
- Lead contract negotiations, tender processes, and framework agreements
- Represent HOLOGATE at industry events, conferences, and official government meetings
- Native-level German and very good English skills
- At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally within government, security, military, or defense environments
- Strong understanding of the specific requirements and procedures of public institutions
- High reliability, discretion, and a professional presence in security-sensitive contexts
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and appropriately to different stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple key accounts
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking skills
- Willingness to travel, including to security-sensitive locations
- Experience with XR/VR/AR technologies or simulation-based training systems
- Knowledge of procurement processes within police, military, or government organizations
- Experience with public tenders and procurement law
