Location: Linwood

Enva Recycling Scotland is seeking an experienced HGV Driver - Class 1 to safely and competently operate assigned vehicles on allocated routes in a timely, professional and customer focused manner. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Linwood.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy and presentable to Company standards
• Compliance with all legislation including driver’s hours and highway regulations
• Duty of care to self & others
• Vehicle security including equipment & plant
• Maintenance of mandatory driver/vehicle records
• Provide customers with the highest level of service
• Excellent awareness & understanding of Health & Safety

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Full Class 1 driving licence
• Valid DCPC
• Valid Digital Tachograph
• Able to competently and safely operate assigned vehicles
• Willingness to perform a wide range of duties, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Excellent communication skills
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant drivers experience
