What impact you’ll make:
The COE Quality Manager will demonstrate technical expertise and leadership for a variety of responsibilities. In this role, you will assist the COE in developing a strategic vision for the area, lead the quality engineers, and execute priorities to support the vision through project leadership, mentorship, technical expertise, and tactical execution.

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This Senior Professional Band position is also eligible for A Variable Incentive (VIC PW ) Bonus of 15%.*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $107,600.00 and $179,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
