• Have the genuine skillset to build $10M P&L Alpha/MM strategies from scratch y1/2
• Are ready to bet on yourself

Our client is:

• Paying 35%-60% of P&L
• Open to all Sharpe 5-8+ products/strategies (ideally 8-10+)
• Setup for HFT in equities, futures, and commodities
• Mostly collo-ed, has seats on most exchanges, uses FPGAs order entry, and does NOT charge desk commissions on trades.
• Open to your location (as long as it's in the USA or Europe)
• Not requiring a non-compete, unless you want one
