Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

To support the HFA team in turning commercial priorities into coordinated outputs, sales competence development and performance follow-up, contributing to customer value and strong commercial execution across all touchpoints.
Broad knowledge of the IKEA concept, brand, values and vision, and how to translate them into relevant customer and commercial actions within the assigned scope.

• Broad knowledge of IKEA tools, processes and business cycles, and how to use them to support planning, execution and performance follow-up.

• Good knowledge of sales support, commercial activities, omni-channel customer interactions and the basics of the commercial engine, including range, pricing and sales steering.

• Good knowledge of customer behaviour, local market development, competition and Home Furnishing trends relevant to the assigned area.

• Good knowledge of how to strengthen customer value and conversion across physical and digital touchpoints.

• Good knowledge of data, performance follow-up and agreed business indicators within the assigned scope.

• Good knowledge of stakeholder cooperation, competence support and ways of working across the sales matrix.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as an active member of the HFA team and contribute to agreed commercial priorities and outputs to support common business goals.

• Support the manager and HFB Leaders in turning category and HFB priorities into relevant actions across touchpoints, including commercial activation, sales support, competence development and follow-up.

• Contribute to omni-channel execution by supporting integrated outputs that strengthen customer value, conversion and business performance across physical and digital touchpoints.

• Collect, structure and share data, insights, feedback and local best practices to support performance follow-up, continuous improvement and more effective ways of working.

• Cooperate closely with key stakeholders across functions (e.g. Commercial, Digital, Sustainability, Range & Supply) to secure alignment and smooth execution within the agreed scope.

• Support competence development across the sales matrix by coaching on sales interaction, clarifying ways of working and contributing to an open, collaborative and values-led climate.
