Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Machine Operator and become a vital part of our precision-driven production process! In this energetic role, you will operate and maintain a variety of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC machining centers, to produce high-quality components.
SHIFTS:
Monday - Thursday 3:30pm to 2am
Weekend Shift (Fri-Sat-Sun) 5am to 5pm
Duties
• Set up and operate CNC machines including milling machines, lathes, stamping presses, and press brake machines to produce parts according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication.
• Conduct routine inspections using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards.
Experience
• Three (3) years of related experience is required. Klein employees may be eligible for consideration with one (1) year of Klein Tools tenure.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge in operating CNC, milling, grinding, or injection molding machines preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand basic English.
• Ability to demonstrate basic math and computer skills and perform visual quality inspections.
• Ability to learn, problem-solve, and make decisions per work instructions and documents.
• Ability to communicate and work as a team member. Ability to obtain a Klein provided crane certification may be required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed by the company is required.
