About the Role

The HEPP-QN Operations and Events Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the operational, administrative and promotional activities of the Higher Education Private Providers Quality Network (HEPP-QN).

Primary responsibilities include:

• Provide efficient administration of HEPP-QN membership and network operations.
• Maintain an effective online presence and coordinate HEPP-QN communications and promotional activities.
• Coordinate the delivery of HEPP-QN workshops and professional development activities.
• Coordinate the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of HEPP-QN conferences,
  forums, workshops and sector engagement events to provide a high-quality experience for members and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative coordination for HEPP-QN quality initiatives, publications and strategic projects.
• Provide high-level administrative support to HEPP-QN governance activities and foster
  effective stakeholder relationships.

Selection Criteria

Qualifications and Professional Standing:

• Committed Christian involved in a local congregation.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business
  Administration, Public Relations or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating conferences, events or professional development
  activities.
• Experience providing high-level administrative support in a complex organisational environment, managing multiple priorities and coordinating projects to meet deadlines.
• Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external
  stakeholders.
• Experience using event management systems, website content management systems or online collaboration platforms.
• Experience in the higher education, education, not-for-profit or membership association
  sector is desirable.
• Ability to work independently, exercise initiative and contribute effectively as part of a
  team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Full Australian Working Rights.
