Salary Range: $ 150, 000 - $ 250, 000 base salary with OTE >$450,000

Your mission will be to identify and secure high-value projects, positioning the company as the go-to choice for discerning property owners. Expectations

  • At least 7 to 10 years of experience working in the Family Office Construction industry or adjacent
  • Exceptional networking skills and deep connections in luxury markets
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Strong understanding of the luxury construction industry
  • Ability to navigate high society circles with ease and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term business growth

Responsibilities

  • Business Development and Project Acquisition Spearhead sales and marketing initiatives, identify and secure high-value construction projects. Leverage your track record of closing big deals to drive company growth.
  • Relationship Management and Networking Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and key industry figures, act as a super connector bridging opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy and PresentationCreate and deliver compelling sales pitches, generate a substantial sales pipeline and backlog of potential projects. Apply your experience in growing sales to expand the company's market presence.
  • Company Representation and Event Management Represent the company at high-profile events and networking opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning and Performance Reporting Collaborate with the principal on growth strategies, provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize your expertise in growing sales to inform strategic decisions.
