Your new role
As an HEOR Manager, you will provide scientific and system support to therapeutic areas to accelerate the development and communication of evidence and insights generation plans. Some of your main responsibilities include:
· Conduct systematic literature reviews in alignment with Evidence and Insights Generation Plans (EIGPs).
· Liaise with team members and internal/external stakeholders to gather feedback and implement it effectively.
· Provide project management support, including meeting management, project documentation, budgets, reporting, and impact tracking.
· Work on special projects and strategic initiatives aligned with goals and strategies as directed.
· Support the execution of real-world evidence (RWE) studies and non-study related activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
· Build relationships and communicate the clinical/health outcomes, benefits, and value of company products to payers, integrated health systems, and other stakeholders.

The Clinical Data Science & Evidence (CDSE) team in GBS Mexico is at the forefront of synthesising and disseminating impactful real-world evidence. We work collaboratively with therapeutic area leads and vendors to accelerate the completion of deliverables that meet stakeholder needs. Our team thrives in a hybrid dynamic and collaborative atmosphere, where every member contributes to the development of evidence and insights that support Novo Nordisk's mission to improve patient outcomes
Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following skills and experience to the role:
Need to have:
· A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related fields.
· At least 5 years of experience working in study payor, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry within departments of Clinical Research, Real-World Evidence Studies, and/or HEOR Studies.
· Experience in designing and implementing integrated market access strategies, including pricing and reimbursement, health technology assessment, and evidence-based medicine review.
· Fluency in English.
To understand the Publications lifecycle
Nice to have:
· A Master’s degree in a relevant field and project management skills and training. Experience with Local, Global and/or Regional stakeholders.
