JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active NC License, Universal License (IMLC)
• Board: BC/BE in Hematology Oncology
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Hematology & Oncology
• Other Qualifications: CSR required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient medical oncology care for adults with hematology and oncology conditions
• Manage cases involving prostate, kidney, bladder, and benign hematology
• Participate in call rotation (24-hour call, night call) shared among 9 providers
• Collaborate with APPs, pharmacists, and nurses in an outpatient setting
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
