  • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes (credentialing for Celina and St. Rita's)

  • Credentialing Timeline: 120 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

  • Outpatient evaluations, lab/imaging interpretation

  • Treatment prescribing

  • Tumor board participation

    • Chemotherapy administered by nurse oncologist.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Board: BC/BE

  • Licenses: Active OH license

  • Certifications: BLS

  • Other Qualifications: Clean background required; Availability required (Mon–Wed, 8a-5p from Sep 1, 2026 to Jan 18, 2027)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations for hematology/oncology outpatients.

  • Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies.

  • Prescribe and manage treatment plans, including chemotherapy (administered by nurse oncologist).

  • Participate in tumor board discussions.

  • Provide outpatient coverage Monday through Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
