• Support Staff: 1 APP Daily, Oncology-Trained RNs
• Specialty Backup: APP Support + Hazard Physician Team
• Case Mix: Hematology and Solid Tumor Cases
• Procedures: Infusion Supervision, Oncology Follow-Ups
• Office Equipment: Standard Oncology Clinic Equipment
• Trauma Level: Critical Access Facility
• EMR: Meditech
• Other Info:
- Solo provider role,
- low volume clinic,
- high-acuity leukemia cases referred to tertiary centers,
- APPs assist with documentation/orders
• Hospital Privileges available: Yes
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered


Requirements:
• Board Certified – Internal Medicine, Hematology, Medical Oncology
• Willing to License: Yes
• Credentialing: Approximately 60 Days
• Recent Patient Facing Experience Required
