As a Hematology International Lead, you will shape and execute the Hematology portfolio strategy across the International Region, aligning with global brand strategy while adapting to diverse local market needs. Operating as an individual contributor in a highly matrixed environment, you will protect and accelerate in-market commercial execution, strengthen patient access and build commercial excellence capabilities, ensuring near-term Hematology delivery remains a core focus as the organization prepares for a significant wave of solid tumor launches.
