Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with installation of HVAC systems

• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems

• Diagnose basic HVAC system issues under supervision

• Replace filters, belts, motors, thermostats, and other components

• Clean and inspect HVAC systems to ensure proper performance

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

• Provide professional and courteous customer service

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• HVAC certification or completion of trade school program preferred

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HVAC diagnostic tools

• Understanding of electrical systems and controls

• Experience with hand and power tools

• Basic understanding of blueprints and technical manuals

Work Environment

• Indoor and outdoor work environments

• Residential, commercial, and industrial job sites

• May require overtime, weekends, or on-call rotation
