Description: Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST for 4-6 weeks. After training, openings are available on 2nd Shift (Tuesday-Saturday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM EST) and 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday, 12:00 AM-8:30 AM EST).
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support a fast-paced 24/7 technical support environment. This role is heavily focused on troubleshooting networking, POS systems, and end-user technology issues rather than basic password resets. Support is provided to both corporate users and retail locations, with common issues involving network connectivity, point-of-sale systems, credit card readers, receipt printers, Windows and Linux operating systems, and other business-critical technologies.
The Service Desk Analyst will handle inbound support calls, troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 issues, assist with Level 2 investigations, escalate complex incidents as needed, and document all activity within the ticketing system. Candidates should be comfortable supporting non-technical users over the phone, managing multiple tickets, and working in a high-volume environment.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of help desk, service desk, or customer support experience, strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Linux, and Microsoft 365 environments, and excellent communication abilities. Experience supporting networks, Cisco technologies, ServiceNow, retail technology, POS systems, or a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment is highly preferred.
This is a collaborative team environment with dedicated shift leads available for support and escalation assistance. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and technical troubleshooting in a 24/7 support setting.
