Job Description

About the Client:

A leading creative information technology company, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our showroom team and support our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Provide first-level technical support, including troubleshooting printer and IT-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer requests, issues, and solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist in general front desk operations, welcoming visitors and coordinating appointments.
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and processes, supporting the team in daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Diploma or relevant work experience in IT, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work with new technologies.
