What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
·Receive, log, and manage service requests through the CAFM and Helpdesk systems.
·Monitor service requests and coordinate with service providers to ensure timely resolution.
·Communicate with end users and stakeholders, providing updates on service requests and response times.
·Escalate unresolved issues and support the effective management of service delivery.
·Support CAFM administration activities, including request tracking, data maintenance, and system support.
·Maintain accurate records and ensure service requests are completed and closed appropriately.
·Support customer satisfaction initiatives, surveys, and continuous improvement activities.
·Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused, and service-oriented team environment
What you’ll have
·Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
·Experience in a Helpdesk, Service Desk, Customer Support, or similar role.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
·Experience working with service management, CAFM, or ticketing systems.
·Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
·Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
·Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and service providers.
·Experience supporting CAFM systems and facilities-related service operations.
·Experience in data administration and reporting activities.
·Familiarity with customer service processes and service level management.e.
