What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and network-related issues
  • Log, track, and manage incidents through the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with new employee technology setup, including hardware and software configuration
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in training programs and team meetings to expand technical knowledge
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while building trusted relationships with users

What We're Looking For

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interest in technology and a desire to build a career in IT
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, mobile devices, and common software applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Prior customer service, helpdesk, or technical support experience

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts
  • Experience supporting users in a professional or educational environment
  • Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus
