Location: New Jersey, United States
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM ET with a 1-hour lunch.
Travel Requirements: This position is HYBRID, with approximately 80% of work done remotely. There is no in-office work, but client site visits will be necessary approximately 1x/week for troubleshooting. Clients are predominately located in Central and North Jersey.
We are hiring on behalf of a growing NJ-based managed service provider that specializes in technology support for small to medium-sized businesses, particularly in the construction industry. They've been doing excellent work for over a decade and are bringing on a dedicated technician so the team can continue to grow and serve their clients well. That's where you come in.
This is a full-time, W-2 hybrid role (80% remote) with occasional on-site client visits, primarily in Morris, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties. Mileage is reimbursed.
Ticket volume is manageable and the client environments are well-maintained and standardized, so you're set up to succeed from day one.
You're the kind of person who doesn't need to be babysat. You can pick up the phone, handle a client with confidence, figure out a problem, document it properly, and move on to the next thing.
