Stiamo cercando addetti all'Help Desk per conto di un'azienda cliente specializzata nella realizzazione di progetti Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/CRM con soluzioni specifiche nei settori Utilities e Manufacturing.
La risorsa fornirà supporto tecnico di primo livello relativo agli applicativi e alle soluzioni tecnologiche in uso. Analizzerà le richieste degli utenti, supporterà in autonomia gli utenti per la risoluzione di problematiche minori, qualificherà gli incident in base alla tematica e laddove necessario, dovrà procedere con lescalation ai team specializzati.
Requisiti:
- Programmazione C, C#, CSS e C++ per sistemi operativi.
- Conoscenza Java, HTML, Javascript e SQL.
- Orientamento al lavoro per obiettivi.
- Capacità di analisi e problem-solving.
Inquadramento contrattuale ed economico rapportati anche all'esperienza della risorsa.
