The system simulates user interactions (clicks, page scrolling, time on site) to help improve client rankings.
The role focuses on following established protocols to ensure smooth operation and uptime for the clients, including regular system checks and issue troubleshooting.
What you’ll do:
Monitor the system to ensure proper functionality.
Check and reset proxies as needed.
Follow step-by-step procedures to resolve basic technical issues.
Communicate with the development team for escalations.
Work closely with developers on daily tasks.
Requirements:
Basic technical background - advantage for experience in Help Desk or technical support roles.
Familiarity with servers or proxies - advantage, but not mandatory.
High attention to detail and ability to follow predefined protocols.
Good communication skills and reliability.
