We are seeking additional support for our Help Desk team to assist with remote access and VPN issues. This position requires candidates to be polished, professional, and logical in their approach to problem-solving. Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous, as this role involves handling help desk calls and troubleshooting technical issues. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering a chance for career growth within the company.
The IT team primarily operates in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with remote work currently in place. However, employees may be required to return onsite as needed. The role begins remotely, with potential shifts to onsite work at the hospital or other locations. Dress code is professional attire.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandy Springs, GA.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
