The Helios Program and Assessment Coordinatorsupportsdata collection, evaluation, reporting, and coordination for the Helios-funded RISE 360 and Canyon L.E.A.P. to Teach/alternative pathway initiatives within GCU’s College of Education. This part-time role ensuresaccuratetracking of student participation, progression, credential attainment, and workforce placement aligned with grant outcomes, while supporting continuous improvement across educator pathways.

Working closely with college leadership, district partners, and university offices, theCoordinatorhelps translate program data intoclear evidenceof impact, ensuring accountability, sustainability,and progress toward workforce and community goals.

What You Will Do:

Grant Reporting & Assessment

  • Track andmaintainHelios grant metrics, includingparticipation, persistence, credential attainment, placement, and scholarship distribution.
  • Support preparation of Helios interim and annual reports, ensuring data accuracy andtimelysubmission.
  • Analyze and summarize data into clear impact narratives, success stories,stakeholder communications,and actionable insightsfor continuous improvement
  • Monitor progress toward multi-year outcomes and support documentation for audits, evaluations, and funder communications.

Data Systems & Coordination

  • Support ongoing development and refinement of dashboards and data systems to improve tracking accuracy, usability, program decision-making, andaddressingdata gaps/inconsistencies.
  • Work alongsidekey partiestocoordinate data inputs andtrackrequired participant-level data, including demographic, enrollment, persistence, credentials,voucher use,andcompletionindicatorsaligned to Helios reporting requirements.

Program & Partner Support

  • Coordinate with district liaisons to support placement tracking, workforce alignment, and employment/certification
  • Track and reportengagement in programexperiencesandworkforce outcomes, including certification attainment, employment placement, and alignment with community-based teaching pathways

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized digital records andaccuratetracking of scholarship eligibility, awards, and disbursements in alignment with grant and institutional requirements.
  • Coordinate scheduling, communication, andlogisticsfor evaluation, reporting, and related activities.
  • Providegeneral supportfor grant-related operations, including documentation andadditionalresponsibilities as needed.

What You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired; preference for education, social sciences, data analytics, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience in program coordination, assessment, data tracking, or grant-funded initiatives preferred.
  • Familiarity with educator preparation, dual enrollment, or workforce-focused programs strongly preferred.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across university and K–12 partners.
  • Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
