In the PSE organization unit we are looking for a Service Engineer specialist whose main activities consist in:

  • Provide Engineering Support Services, answering to Customer technical queries related to malfunctioning, aircraft maintenance and operations, including fault investigation, in coordination with the other Product Support Engineering (PSE) and Engineering functions, to the achievement of the reliability and the availability targets required by the market
  • Act as single point of contact for technical issues resolution towards Customers / Operators / Service Centers / LH Aircraft Maintenance Operations (Base Maintenance and Field Service)
  • Create dedicated maintenance procedures and support to validation in cooperation with the relevant PSE function (service bulletins, maintenance manual, etc.)
  • Collect and manage the Occurrence Reports from in-service fleet
  • Collect Product Quality issues and report them to Industrial Operations - Operative Quality
  • Support accident and serious incidents investigations under the coordination of relevant Airworthiness functions
  • Based on feedback and data collected from Customers, launch relevant recovery / improvement initiatives at Product level, coordinated by other PSE functions
  • Monitor Engineering Support Services performance (service level to Customers), transferring the needed input within the PSE to ensure a comprehensive reporting and KPI monitoring
  • Provide to Engineering Services Improvement function the requirements of new digital services to be introduced in LH portfolio and support their development

Skills

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering
  • Previous experience in the Aeronautical sector (preferably operating in Engineering or Maintenance or Production or Training areas) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Aviation regulations (EASA, FAA …)

TECHNICAL AND IT SKILLS

  • MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access),
  • SAP
  • Visual Basic is a plus
  • ENOVIA is a plus
  • CATIA V5 is a plus

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent Italian (both spoken and written)
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • A third languages (fluent both spoken and written) is a plus

SOFT SKILLS

  • Good presentation skills, multi-cultural awareness and availability to travel for short/mid business trip
  • Proactivity, self-motivation and continuous improvement mind-set

How does the selection process work?
