Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Hebrew-Speaking Travel Support Adviser to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be responsible for handling various travel-related inquiries, booking assistance, and resolving any challenges clients may face. Your fluency in Hebrew and English will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and delivering personalized support.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Hebrew-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist clients with travel bookings and provide detailed information about options and services
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and service delivery
- Inform clients about promotions and additional services to enhance satisfaction
- Collect and relay client feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Fluency in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities
- Previous experience in travel support or customer service is preferred
- Effective problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
- Positive attitude and dedication to client satisfaction
