We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Heavy Truck Wash Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance of our fleet. Your efforts will directly contribute to fleet readiness, safety compliance, and the positive image we present to our customers and the public. What You'll Do:

• Operate power wash equipment to thoroughly clean redi-mix trucks and tractor units inside and out.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of wash equipment and work areas to ensure optimal operation.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures without exception.
• Ensure all vehicles meet company standards for safety, appearance, and performance before returning to service.
• Document cleaning and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Prior experience in truck or heavy equipment cleaning, detailing, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate power washing equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. from floor to waist height.
• Ability to carry a minimum of 50 lbs. over a 5-foot span.
• Ability to push/pull a minimum of 50 lbs. across a 10-foot span.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. from waist to shoulder.
• Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend or twist body without restriction.
• Ability to work in extreme weather, including but not limited to high heat, low temperature, and high sun environments.
