Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Travel: Occasional travel outside of Austin area
Compensation: $19–$21/hour

The Heavy Equipment Operator supports yard efficiency, safety, and production by operating heavy equipment to move, stage, process, and load materials. This role requires constant situational awareness in a high-traffic outdoor yard environment and is critical to maintaining throughput, order accuracy, and safe material flow.
