We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Heavy Truck Driver to support our operations by transporting bulk used oil, oily water, and other materials between customer sites and company facilities. This role also includes hauling van trailers to and from customer locations and assisting with general facility duties when required. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
Safely operate heavy-duty trucks, including tanker units and van trailers, in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
Transport bulk used oil and oily water from customer locations to designated processing or disposal facilities
Perform timely and professional pick-up and delivery services
Load and unload materials using proper procedures and equipment
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
Maintain accurate driver logs, manifests, and required documentation
Follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations with strong hazard awareness
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Assist with general facility duties such as yard organization, equipment cleaning, and daily operational support
Report any incidents, delays, or safety concerns promptly
Safety Expectations
Always maintain safety as the #1 priority
Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Properly utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Actively participate in safety meetings, training, and compliance programs
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A (with appropriate endorsements preferred)
Experience operating tanker trucks, roll off trucks, and end-up trailers hauling bulk liquids strongly preferred
Clean driving record and solid knowledge of DOT regulations
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and manual labor when needed
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in environmental services, oil recycling, or related industries
TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card is a plus
Work Environment
Combination of driving, outdoor work, and facility support duties
Exposure to varying weather conditions and industrial environments
Flexible schedule may include early mornings or weekends
