About this role:

Our Heavy-Duty Diesel Fitters are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy vehicles, earthmoving equipment, plant and other machinery used in civil construction. The position requires working both in the workshop and in the field across various sites. The role is based in our workshop in Cowaramup.

About you:

• Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, graders, and trucks.

• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair procedures.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Have the ability to work independently and unsupervised for periods of time

• Trade Qualified - Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent qualification).

• C Class Licence.

• Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s license (desirable).

• Air Conditioning Handling License (desirable).
