- - - SUMMARY: Responsible for performing a variety of deep cleaning functions in the kitchens.

- - - Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)

- - - - Performs daily cleaning of all kitchen areas including hoods, kettle fryers, floors, mats, and other kitchen equipment as scheduled for preventive maintenance and cleaning.
- - - - Adheres to safe practices and follows all safety and MSDS guidelines.
- - - - Performs routine equipment inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order. Reports any broken, worn or faulty equipment to the Lead, Supervisor or Facilities personnel.
- - - - Performs essential functions of the position in a safe and thorough manner.
- - - - Assists and supports catering and special event functions as requested.
- - - - Performs other duties as assigned.

- - - Mandatory Requirements:

- - - - Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- - - - Must be at least 18 years old.
- - - - Must have ability to communicate effectively.
- - - - Must also possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
- - - - Knowledgeable of kitchen work and equipment usage, or knowledge of cleaning methods preferred.
- - - - Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
- - - - Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- - - - Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- - - - Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
