Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Test Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Driving the safe, timely and cost-effective delivery of HVAC contract and project package activities.
  • Coordinating contract administration activities, including variations, technical queries, claims and instructions.
  • Managing project risks, programme performance, budgets, schedules and change control activities.
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, manufacturing teams and site stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and commissioning readiness.
  • Applying Earned Value Management principles and producing progress reports to support effective decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and practical application of recognised Project Management methodologies, including Association for Project Management Body of Knowledge and/or PRINCE2.

Experience

  • Delivering projects within technically complex, highly regulated engineering or construction environments.
  • Managing engineering, procurement, construction and project delivery activities across multidisciplinary projects.
  • Controlling project costs, schedules, risks and change management processes.
  • Managing contractors, consultants and stakeholders throughout large-scale infrastructure programmes.
  • Applying project management methodologies and commercial reporting techniques, including Earned Value Management.
