Heat Pump Installer
Location: Surrey / Hampshire Border
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £35,000 - £48,000 DOE + Van + Fuel Card + Benefits

A leading renewables contractor with a strong pipeline of projects is expanding its delivery team and seeking an experienced Heat Pump Installer. The Role

You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining Air Source Heat Pump systems in residential properties across the South of England. Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, youll ensure each installation meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Decommissioning and removal of existing gas boiler systems

• Installing unvented hot water cylinders and associated pipework

• Installing and commissioning Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) systems

• Basic fault-finding and servicing of units

• Ensuring work complies with building regulations and MCS standards

• Delivering jobs on time and to a high standard

• Liaising with customers, surveyors, and office staff to ensure smooth delivery

What Were Looking For

• Strong plumbing and heating background (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

• Proven experience installing ASHP systems

• G3 unvented qualification

• Full UK driving licence

• Knowledge of MCS standards desirable (training can be provided)

• Additional certifications such as F-Gas, WRAS, or electrical qualifications are advantageous
