Wire Harness Routing Design: Develop and optimize wire harness routing for heat pumps at the component, product, and system levels, ensuring efficient electrical connectivity and compliance with safety standards. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand the requirements of heat pump systems, translating them into detailed component-level specifications. Component Design & Development: Design and develop plastic, pipe, and sheet metal components specifically for heat pump applications, ensuring durability, efficiency, and manufacturability. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market studies on current and emerging heat pump technologies, competitor offerings, and various applications to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for innovation. Independent Design Production: Take ownership of the design process for heat pump components, producing high-quality designs that align with industry standards and current market trends. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work independently with stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams, to ensure that all designs adhere to the Bosch Quality Management System documentation processes.
