1ST SHIFT HEAT PRESS OPERATOR

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 4:30PM

PAY $19/HR

Join a high-energy apparel warehouse team where your skills make a real impact. We’re looking for a Heat Press Operator to be part of a specialized production team bringing custom t-shirts to life. If you’ve worked with machines and have an eye for detail, this role offers a fast-paced environment where precision matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heat press machines to apply graphics, logos, numbers, and text to t-shirts
• Review work orders to ensure correct placement, size, and design accuracy
• Adjust machine settings for temperature, pressure, and timing based on fabric type
• Align garments and transfer materials precisely before pressing
• Inspect finished t-shirts to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain equipment and report any technical issues
• Keep workstation clean and organized while following safety protocols
• Support general production tasks as needed (folding, tagging, packaging)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience using heat press equipment or operating machinery required
• Familiarity with warehouse or production workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders accurately
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Reliable, focused, and able to meet production timelines
