About the role:

This is a varied role that will also support TeleAudiology in the clinic and assist with the overall smooth running of TeleAudiology consultations. You’ll be helping provide quality hearing assessments and hearing aid fitting services, client referrals for treatment of hearing related problems while providing service excellence.

You will also provide outstanding client service to our community and facilitate an excellent client journey while being responsible for the efficient administrative running of the clinic.

This role is based in our Papamoa clinic, 4 days per week Monday - Thursday.

  • Clinic operations: Take charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
  • Reception duties: Be the welcoming face of our clinics, handling all reception responsibilities.
  • Diary management: Efficiently manage the clinic diary to ensure smooth scheduling and operations.
  • Administrative tasks: Process insurance applications, government subsidies, and ACC claims.
  • Data management: Run daily reports through our CRM system to keep everything on track.
  • Technical skills: Perform in-house hearing aid repairs with full training provided.
  • Community engagement: Participate in local marketing initiatives to promote our services.

About you:

  • You have a genuine desire to help people, offering exceptional service and care to every client.
  • You’re comfortable communicating with the general public, handling walk-ins with confidence while being able to prioritise tasks as they arise.
  • You are eager to develop your knowledge in Audiology, with the desire to train as a Tele Assistant.
  • You are confident in working autonomously and thrive in a team environment, adapting easily to different clinic settings and team dynamics.
  • You possess a high level of general computer literacy, enabling you to efficiently manage various administrative tasks.
