Job Description

As a Hearing Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in our company's success. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience from the initial interaction. This includes managing client appointments, analyzing sales performance, and providing excellent customer support. Additionally, you will collaborate with the audioprosthetist to prepare for scheduled visits and manage administrative tasks. Your work will directly contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of our sales team.
  • Execute the initial client care protocol with utmost responsibility.
  • Generate new business opportunities through telemarketing and lead generation.
  • Optimize the store's schedule by managing appointment quality and quantity.
  • Analyze key performance indicators weekly to improve sales results.
  • Provide excellent customer support via telephone follow-ups.
  • Upsell accessories and hearing aids to boost category sales.
  • Prepare for audioprosthetist visits by organizing stock, documents, and equipment.
  • Manage administrative procedures within the store.
  • Report and resolve commercial incidents in collaboration with the Area Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software.
  • Knowledge of hearing care products and services.
  • Basic understanding of administrative processes.
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
