About the Role (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract):
As a Hearing Aid Audiologist based in our Uxbridge clinic, you’ll play a key role in helping people hear life to the fullest. You’ll run your own clinics, build meaningful relationships with customers, and provide expert, caring support every step of the way.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity where you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care, recommending the right solutions from our full product range, and bringing the Boots Hearingcare values to life in every interaction.

As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments.
  • Safely perform BSA-recommended procedures.
  • Maintain precise clinical records.
  • Achieve targets for appointment activity and sales.
  • Champion Hearingcare and generate in-store demand.
  • Fulfil personal development and CPD requirements.

Person Specification:

  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
  • 2+ years post qualification experience.
  • Consistent clinical audit results.
  • Completion of CPD requirements.
  • Achievement of commercial targets.
  • Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
