You will work on complex, high-impact initiatives that help healthcare organizations improve how they deliver care. Experience implementing Oracle Health is required and optimization initiatives is considered a strong asset.

The Go-Live Site Lead is the primary operational and clinical leader responsible for successful system go‑live at an assigned hospital or care site. This role provides on‑site leadership, ensures safe patient care during transition, oversees Field Managers and Coaches, manages escalations, and serves as the key communication link between the site and OPOR leadership.

The Site Lead ensures clinicians are supported, issues are identified and resolved quickly, and adoption of OPOR workflows stabilizes throughout the go‑live period.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Leadership & Operations

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for go‑live operations at the assigned site
  • Provide visible, calm, and decisive leadership during go‑live
  • Ensure continuity of care, patient safety, and operational stability throughout deployment
  • Partner closely with unit leaders, clinical managers, and executive stakeholders

Field Manager & Coach Oversight

  • Lead and support Field Managers across day and night shifts
  • Monitor shift change, ensuring effective handovers and continuity of issue management
  • Provide oversight for clinical coaches, including:
  • Assignment coverage and visibility
  • Quality and consistency of coaching
  • Escalation support and guidance
  • Reinforce correct workflows and standardized practices aligned with OPOR goals

Escalation & Issue Management

  • Act as the primary escalation point for coaches and field staff
  • Identify, assess, and escalate:
  • Patient safety risks
  • High‑impact clinical or operational issues
  • Recurring workflow or adoption challenges
  • Ensure timely communication and follow‑through with the Command Center and OPOR leadership

Stakeholder Engagement & Rounding

  • Actively circulate the hospital/site to:
  • Engage unit leaders, clinicians, and staff
  • Listen to concerns, challenges, and feedback
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Build trust and confidence among frontline teams during transition

Communication & Reporting

  • Provide regular, concise updates to OPOR leadership on:
  • Hot areas and operational risks
  • Emerging themes and system issues
  • Clinician sentiment and adoption progress
  • Contribute to daily site summaries and leadership briefings

Qualifications

  • Healthcare operations, clinical leadership, or large‑scale system implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of inpatient and/or ambulatory clinical workflows
  • Experience leading teams in high‑intensity, time‑sensitive environments
  • Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to remain calm, decisive, and adaptive in complex settings
  • EHR or clinical system implementation experience preferred
