About the Opportunity

We are developing a Canada‑wide talent pipeline of Epic Technical Consultantsto support current and upcoming Epic projectsacross hospitals, provincial health authorities, and regional healthcare partners. This includes work related to implementations, optimizations, upgrades, integration, and broader digital transformation initiatives.

We are connecting with Epic‑certified professionals for both active needs and upcoming engagements, ranging from project‑based assignments to full‑time roles. By joining our Epic Talent Network, you will be considered for a variety of initiatives supporting system performance, workflow modernization, interoperability, and data‑driven improvements across the Canadian healthcare landscape.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced, Canada‑based Epic consultants with certification and hands‑on build experience in one or more key areas, including:

  • Data Courier Administration

  • Device Integration

  • ECSA / ECSM (Epic Client Systems Administrator / Manager)

  • Epic Bridges (Interface Analyst / Integration Analyst)

  • Epic Clarity / Cogito / Caboodle

  • Epic Data Conversions

  • Epic Security / Identity & Access

  • Interconnect / Web Services / Epic Cache

  • ODBA (Epic Operational Database Administrator)

What You’ll Do

Depending on future project alignment, responsibilities may include:

Technical Responsibilities

  • Designing and supporting Bridges/interface integrations (HL7, FHIR, TCP/IP)

  • Managing Data Courier migrations, domains, and change control

  • Implementing and maintaining ECSA/ECSM environments

  • Create and manage ODB environments

  • Supporting device integration, printing, workstation mapping, and technical workflows

  • Administering Epic security, templates, roles, and identity provisioning

  • Supporting upgrades, SUs, infrastructure changes, and interoperability initiatives

Reporting & Analytics Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and optimizing reporting solutions using Clarity, Caboodle, RWB, Radar, andSlicerDicer

  • Translating operational/clinical needs into actionable dashboards and metrics

  • Building SQL queries, data models, and ETL processes

  • Supporting regulatory, quality, population health, and operational reporting

  • Collaborating with IT, clinical, operational, and BI teams to define data requirements

  • Ensuring data accuracy, governance, and alignment with Canadian standards

  • Supporting reporting migrations, implementations, and upgrade cycles

What You Bring

  • Current Epic certification in one or more applications (Required)

  • Experience in healthcare analytics, quality reporting, operational dashboards, or population health data

  • Understanding of data governance, validation, and best practices

  • Located in Canada and/or eligible to work for Canadian-based engagements without sponsorship
