We are looking for an HSE Cluster Manager to lead our regional HSE strategy, strengthen our sustainability performance, and ensure full compliance with global and European standards.
Your Impact
In this key leadership role, you will:
Drive HSE cultural transformation across the cluster.
Implement the AEU HSE Management System and Roadmap, ensuring alignment with Autoliv’s global policies.
Lead and develop the cluster HSE team.
Ensure ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification and contribute to ISO 50001 energy management initiatives.
Reduce injuries, environmental impact, and operational risks while supporting our journey toward Carbon Neutrality and Net Zero emissions
Oversee regulatory compliance, audits, inspections, and risk management activities.
Represent Autoliv with external authorities on HSE and sustainability matters.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all HSE, sustainability, and legal requirements.
Conduct audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments.
Develop cluster‑specific HSE, environmental, and risk‑management programs.
Monitor and report HSE and sustainability KPIs, ensuring high‑quality data and timely dashboards.
Support facility management with environmental data, risk mitigation plans, and technical guidance.
Lead cluster H&S strategy execution, communication, and best‑practice sharing.
Coordinate insurance‑related activities and support facility infrastructure (sprinklers, hydrants, CCTV, etc.).
Drive energy‑reduction and CO₂‑reduction strategies in collaboration with the Sustainability Team.
What You Bring
Master’s degree in Energy management/HS&S and/or Sustainability/ engineering.
Fluent English
Willingness to travel
Strong experience in HSE leadership within manufacturing or automotive environments.
Deep knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ideally ISO 50001.
Proven ability to lead teams, influence culture, and manage complex regulatory landscapes.
A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with a passion for sustainability and continuous improvement.
