Could you be the full-time HealthHub System Application Architect and Manager in Bangkok we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.
You'll play a key role in designing solutions that enhance user experience on the Urbalis Flo Signalling system, ensuring that our HealthHub product meets user expectations and delivers exceptional value to Railway Operators and Maintainers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (in Bangkok, France, and India), manage a team of System and Software Engineers, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining subsystem requirements and architecture for Urbalis Flo, especially algorithms and KPIs, and managing your team’s career growth and performance, but also promoting the HealthHub solution for past and future Urbalis Flo projects.
We’ll look to you for:
Understanding and anticipating the needs and expectations of various project customers to enhance their Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the Urbalis Flo Signalling system
Defining HealthHub subsystem requirements and architecture for Urbalis Flo, with a focus on algorithms and KPIs
Establishing interfaces with other Signalling subsystems
Promoting the HealthHub solution through presentations and showcases
Participating in technical meetings with System and Software Engineers across multiple countries
Managing the career paths of team members, including setting objectives, evaluating performance, and conducting people reviews
Developing skills and competencies within your team
Planning and tracking workload and activity progress
Reporting activities to management and ensuring information flows effectively within the team
Ensuring compliance with Alstom's Agile, Inclusive, and Responsible values, as well as development processes

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field
Experience in Railway Signalling systems
Experience in hierarchical or operational management of engineering teams
Experience in O&M for complex systems (a plus)
Proficiency in Requirements Management
Knowledge of web-based software (a plus)
Professional working proficiency (or above) in English
Soft skills: Leadership, communication, curiosity, resilience, rational thinking, and multi-tasking capabilities
