Snapscale is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Registered Nurse (RN) who can work onsite to join our team as a US Healthcare Coordinator This role is ideal for nurses looking to transition into a virtual healthcare support environment while utilizing their clinical knowledge and patient care experience to support U.S.-based healthcare providers.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering excellent patient support while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist U.S.-based healthcare providers with administrative and clinical coordination tasks
- Manage patient records, scheduling, and insurance verifications
- Handle medical documentation and maintain accurate patient information in EMR/EHR systems
- Provide virtual patient support and conduct inbound/outbound follow-ups
- Coordinate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations
- Support day-to-day healthcare administrative workflows efficiently and professionally

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant is an advantage
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems and medical administrative tasks preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
- Must be amenable to working onsite
