This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a reliable and organized Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a home healthcare agency. The ideal candidate has experience with scheduling, administrative support, and industry-specific software, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients Assist with appointment and shift scheduling, changes, and updates Maintain accurate records and information in industry-specific software Communicate with caregivers, clients, and internal team members as needed Monitor schedules and help identify and resolve scheduling conflicts Provide general administrative and operational support to the home healthcare team Handle information with professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail Requirements Requirements Previous experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, Scheduler, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Experience working with scheduling and calendar management Experience using home healthcare or related industry-specific software Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working with confidential client and healthcare-related information Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting a home healthcare agency, care giving company, or healthcare organization Familiarity with caregiver/client scheduling and coordination Experience working with electronic scheduling or healthcare management systems
