As a Director, on our Healthcare Digital Transformational Solutions (HDTx) team, you will partner with Huron and client leaders in developing innovative strategies to advance their clinical and financial outcomes. As a Healthcare TechnicalConsultingDirector, you will:

  • Lead end to end client engagements from strategy development to solutionimplementation technicalensuring alignment withour healthcareclient’sstrategic goals and regulatory compliance

  • Manage project teams providing guidance,mentorshipand quality assurance to deliver high-quality work products on time and within budget

  • Serve as trusted advisor to C-level executives andSeniorLeadership providinginsights on Epic EHR systemsguiding them through complexdigital transformation initiatives

  • Develop and implement industry best practices for EHRmanagement ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improving overall system efficacy

  • Partner withconsultants and client personnel toidentify, quantify,implementand measureprocessimprovement initiatives

  • Design and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption ofnew technologiesand workflows by clinical and non-clinical staff

  • Deliver solutions tailored to each client’s uniqueneeds, enhancing both impact and accessibility across healthcare services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degreerequiredor equivalent work experience

  • Current Epic Certificationin core area of expertisewith extensive knowledge of its products and solutions.

  • 10+ years’ experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare,ideally large healthcare organizations

  • Project management andexperience with Epic implementations

  • Ability to build strategic partnershipswithinclient stakeholdersandmaintaina professional network recognizingopportunities to expand relationships andidentifybusiness development opportunities

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • A willingness and ability to travelan average of 50%of the time

The estimated base salary range for this job is $150,000 - $210,000. The rangerepresentsa good faith estimate of the range that Huronreasonably expectsto pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible toparticipatein Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive ofannualincentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $195,000 - $227,500. The job is alsoeligible toparticipatein Huron’s benefitplanswhich include medical, dental and visioncoverageand other wellness programs. The salary range information provided isin accordance withapplicable state and local lawsregardingsalary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
