AsanHealthcare Technical Consulting Senior Associateyou will:
Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, datamigrationand system performance of Epic systems
Leverage technicalexpertisein Epic modules providing support tooptimizethe systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes
Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions andparticipatingin discussions on operational and technology improvements
Identifyopportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
Requirements:
Active Epic certification (must be current)
Minimum3years of Epic experience supporting revenue cycle or patient access workflows
Experience with financial clearance, referrals, or related revenue cycle domains
Strong understanding of operational workflows within hospitals or healthcare systems
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate business needs into Epic solutions
Project management experience with Epic implementations
Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times youare required toprovide high-level services remotely
Current permanent U.S. Work authorizationrequired
Preferences:
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)
Additional Epic certifications in Prelude, Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), Grand Central, Cadence
Experienceoptimizingworkflows in complex health system environments
Background in workflow redesign, operational improvement, or project leadership
