The Opportunity

We are seeking a Healthcare Solutions & Sales Specialist to partner with healthcare organisations across Australia, delivering innovative clinical waste management solutions that improve safety, compliance, sustainability, and operational performance. Working closely with hospitals, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders, you will identify customer challenges, develop tailored solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the customer lifecycle.

This role combines healthcare knowledge, consultative selling, and stakeholder engagement, allowing you to build trusted customer relationships, support service growth, and drive meaningful outcomes for both customers and the business. Partnering with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Service teams, you will help deliver best-practice solutions that enhance customer value while supporting long-term commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical, operational, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Assess customer environments and develop tailored solutions that improve safety, compliance, and operational performance.
  • Support the sales process through solution design, customer presentations, technical consultation, and implementation planning.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and create additional value within existing healthcare accounts.
  • Provide product training, technical guidance, and best-practice recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes and exceptional service.

About You

You are a commercially minded healthcare professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that create value for customers.

Whether your background is in healthcare sales, nursing, infection prevention, laboratory services, medical technology, allied health, or healthcare operations, you can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate customer challenges into practical solutions.

Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of healthcare environments, clinical workflows, and operational requirements, with experience working in regulated industries.
  • Experience in consultative sales, account management, business development, or customer growth, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels across complex organisations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and customer engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities, with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
