KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Query healthcare data and design reporting strategies
Deliver actionable insights to executives, managers, and SMEs
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and build reporting solutions
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
4+ years of experience in data reporting, querying, and extraction
Strong expertise in T-SQL Server and ETL processes
Hands-on with Access, Excel, Power BI, and MS 365
Skilled in working with diverse data formats
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
NICE TO HAVE
Prior health insurance domain experience
