What You Will Do

  • Lead employer-side healthcare regulatory and compliance legal strategies for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality advisory services.
  • Demonstrate command of federal and state healthcare regulations, providing strategic guidance to clients.
  • Drive practice growth through business development initiatives and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-practice teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and associates, fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Utilize modern legal technologies and AI tools to enhance practice efficiency and effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 10+ years of experience practicing healthcare regulatory and compliance law, with a strong employer-side focus.
  • A portable book of business valued at approximately $1M, with realistic transferability to the firm.
  • Proven expertise in federal and state healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the commercial impact of legal work, including risk reduction and growth facilitation.
  • JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership or eligibility for Colorado admission.

Preferred

  • Established market presence through speaking engagements, writing, or industry involvement.
  • Experience with innovative legal technologies and a willingness to embrace new methodologies in legal practice.

Compensation and Benefits
