What You Will Do
- Lead employer-side healthcare regulatory and compliance legal strategies for a diverse client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality advisory services.
- Demonstrate command of federal and state healthcare regulations, providing strategic guidance to clients.
- Drive practice growth through business development initiatives and client engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-practice teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Mentor junior attorneys and associates, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Utilize modern legal technologies and AI tools to enhance practice efficiency and effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 10+ years of experience practicing healthcare regulatory and compliance law, with a strong employer-side focus.
- A portable book of business valued at approximately $1M, with realistic transferability to the firm.
- Proven expertise in federal and state healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the commercial impact of legal work, including risk reduction and growth facilitation.
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership or eligibility for Colorado admission.
Preferred
- Established market presence through speaking engagements, writing, or industry involvement.
- Experience with innovative legal technologies and a willingness to embrace new methodologies in legal practice.
Compensation and Benefits
