Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our regulatory and transactional practice, you will play a critical role in advising clients on complex healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on federal and state regulatory matters related to corporate and transactional work involving institutional healthcare providers
• Develop and implement effective regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
• Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis of regulatory risks and opportunities in healthcare transactions
• Draft and review transactional documents, including agreements, contracts, and regulatory filings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional legal matters
• Substantive knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute
• Experience handling Change of Ownership (CHOW) transactions and related regulatory filings
• Familiarity with the OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior transactional experience, including conducting corporate and regulatory due diligence
• Experience structuring transactions to comply with federal and state healthcare regulatory requirements
