RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT | Remote | Healthcare

Location: Philippines | Australian Hours | Full-Time

Mediix Recruitment is an Australian boutique recruitment agency specialising in healthcare recruitment across Australia.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take ownership of a high-volume healthcare desk across Allied Health, Nursing or GP recruitment.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment, loves being on the phone, is comfortable working at pace and has a strong track record of delivering results and billings.

About the role

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, including business development, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, client management, placements and ongoing relationship management.

You will be working Australian business hours, 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, recruiting across Australia.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years' full-time, full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally recruiting for the Australian market
• Has recruited within the healthcare sector
• Has a proven track record of individual billings and placements
• Is confident and enjoys spending a significant part of the day on the phone speaking with candidates and clients
• Can manage a high-volume workload and large volume of emails
• Is highly organised and knows how to prioritise competing tasks
• Learns quickly and is comfortable working independently
• Is commercially minded, motivated and results-driven
